CURRENT 93 is the Hallucinatory PicNic Æon of David Tibet and The C93 Family. Current 93’s — C93’s — unmistakable songs and works and cartoons and words have created A Face and A Fetch that is idiosyncratic and unique.
We are your Skipping-Rope NOW!
At 12.24 on December 5 2025, C93 is Reinier van Houdt, Alasdair Roberts, Aloma Ruiz Boada, Andrew Liles, David Tibet, Michael J. York, Davide Pepe, June-Alison Gibbons, Giulio Di Mauro and many other Friends — Shirley Collins, Michael Cashmore, Ben Chasny, Nick Cave, Baby Dee, Bill Fay, Marc Almond, Ossian Brown, Matt Sweeney, Anohni, and ± 93 others.
In recent years, C93 has crafted a string of highly acclaimed releases — including “The Light Is Leaving Us All” and “If A City Is Set Upon A Hill”, alongside reissues of former lives they had such as "Sleep Has His House”, “All The Pretty Little Horses”, “Thunder Perfect Mind”, “In Menstrual Night”, “Nature Unveiled”, and other cool SideShows from her infinite back catalogue.
Live Channellings by C93 are rare occasions, eagerly anticipated by HourGlass Girls And Boys everywhere. When they do occur, they take place in striking settings that shadow and amplify the atmosphere and power of the music, making each C93 Channelling a singular experience.
Beyond music, David Tibet’s creative output extends into writing, publishing, translation, and visual art. He has published anthologies of his favourite supernatural literature — “The Moons At Your Door”, “There Is A Graveyard That Dwells in Man”, and “Dark Indeed, Sorrel” — and of his hero Count Stenbock, “Of Kings And Things”. He has also collaborated extensively on music and fiction with the supreme horror writer Thomas Ligotti, as well as with his Muse and She-Icon June-Alison Gibbons. His editions and translations of Coptic apocryphal and magical texts have been published and referenced in academic journals. He also studies and translates Akkadian, Middle English, Biblical Hebrew, and Ugaritic.
He will have a large exhibition of his artwork and writings, including his work with C93, in late 2026 at a major European art gallery.
His and his partner Ania’s publishing imprint Cashen's Gap has published editions of “The Pepsi-Cola Addict” by June-Alison Gibbons and “Discomania” by Jennifer Gibbons, and has many more unknown and gorgeous unspellable literary rarities ready to fly and sing.
After more than 93 years, C93 remains as unpredictable and compelling as ever and never. With David and The C93 Family endlessly Sketching out their Dreams and NightMares, their PicNic continues to evolve while remaining unmistakably C93: All Is The Same, And There Is No-One There.

So singt z.B.
